The DigiPerm 3/09/2012 10:18:00 AM <--PREVIOUS NEXT--> Back in October, I took a trip to Manila. It was my first time back since I was a toddler. It was awesome. Since it's only a three hour plane ride from Guam, it's a nice and accessible getaway from my daily routine. Man oh man! Going to the salon there is awesome! Super cheap! I had my eyebrows done for 200 peso (PHP) which right now converts to about 8 bucks. They threaded my eyebrows for $8 at the mall. I was thrilled, but my cousin said I overpaid! HAHAHA. Apparently it should only be like $5. LOL. My cousin and I went to her friend's salon and got our hair did too. She got a cut and color plus a pedicure. I got a DIGIPERM....which included cut and shampoo. For both of us, the bill was about 4000 PHP. Yeah like $90. And our stylist was awesome (<---overused word) !!! He did an excellent job. My perm (first one I've EVER had) turned out great. No more curling iron for at least 6 months! Here's a picture to show you what the digiperm is all about in contrast to the ordinary perm: Medusa!!! lol. I highly recommend.
